Fr Ebuka Umekachikelu, MSP - Homily Saturday, April 13, 2019

It was so obvious to even the worst opponent of Jesus that his works were from the father and they were bearing abundant fruits in the lives of people yet they were more concerned about losing relevance and their grip on the people if they recognized they good works of Christ. Affirming others for the great work they do, their giftedness will not diminish you. There is enough room for everyone in this world to create a resounding impact in the lives of others. Focus on your talents and gifts and develop them and you will bring to the world, what no one has ever done because God has created each and every one of us to be unique, to be bring to this world something that is eternally new hence we have no justification for envying others.

May I always appreciate your goodness and the gifts and dignity of others.  Teach me O Lord that by recognizing you in them I will also be exceedingly blessed by what you have given to the world through them.
